To return a product to us that your purchased. Please follow the steps below to ensure proper speed and handling of your product return.
1) Click or MY ACCOUNT (above) to bring up your account page & order details. If you are prompted to login, please do so with the e-mail address and password you provided during your purchase.
2) Scroll down to "Track your recent orders." under your address information. Click "View Details" on the order for which the item you wish to return is under.
3) Click the "Add New RMA" Button.
4) Fill out the Create New RMA Form.
5) If filled out correctly, you will receive your RMA # on the next page (Which should look like below). Please keep this RMA # for your records.
6) Within 1-2 business days you will receive an email with important instructions. Please, do not ship the item(s) until you receive an AUTHORIZATION email from us.
